I explained that we were not planning to sell anytime soon, but may have to sell my parent's house for the estate in a few years. Over the year The Mickelson Team checked in with me and we kept in touch. Then my father's wife decided she would end her life estate and we would need to sell the house. The Mickelson Team interviewed with 4 other brokers and we selected them to represent us. Time to make a long story short. First The Mickelson Team helped us clear our 70 years of stuff to properly stage the house (in my opinion, they already went above and beyond at this point), they met prospective buyers whenever the buyers wanted to walk the house. In the end, the house sold for far better than both Zillow or Redfin's best predictions and the costs of sale were lower than predicted. A double win for us."
